Fine Himalayan salt Vs Coarse Himalayan Salt

There is no difference in quality or mineral content. The only difference is in the texture. Fine salt is used mostly as a finishing salt to sprinkle on your foods once they are already served or to pour exact measurements when following a recipe.  Coarse salt is used mainly to produce a rough crunchy texture on different foods.
