Feel free to enjoy your Himalayan salt foot blocks for a minimum of 20 minutes up to an hour. If you are new to using them, consider beginning with shorter sessions of 15 to 20 minutes. Gradually work your way up to an hour.
You can use these salt blocks in a variety of ways throughout your day. While you are reading, sitting at your computer, watching TV or helping the kids do their homework, just place your feet on the detox blocks and carry on as per usual.
